(Council Bluffs, IA) -- Police are looking for a man on escape status from Council Bluffs Work Release. Twenty-eight-year-old Orlando Williams was convicted of Robbery in Pottawattamie County. He had been at the work release facility for about a week.
Williams is a 28-year-old black male, height 5'9", and weighs 165 pounds.
