(Davenport, IA) -- A man's now charged with murder in the death of an 10 year-old Davenport girl who went missing last summer.
Henry Earl Dinkins is charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping after he had been named a person of interest. Dinkins is the father of Breasia Terrell's half-brother and is a registered sex offender.
Terrell went missing in July of 2020, after staying at Dinkins' home over night with her half-brother.
After months of searching and continued pleas for Breasia Terrell's safe return, her body was found near DeWitt, Iowa in March.
