A Pella woman has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of her estranged husband's girlfriend.
Michelle Boat was accused of stabbing and killing Tracy Mondabaugh in 2020.
Mondabaugh, from Ottumwa, was Boat's estranged husband's girlfriend.
The jury came back with a verdict in less than an hour on Tuesday.
A sentencing date has not been set yet.
