(West Des Moines, IA) -- Hy-Vee in partnership with Free Clinics of Iowa, will host a series of COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Des Moines and nearby communities.
Six clinics are planned, and the Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson vaccines will be offered.
It is recommended (but not required) that vaccine recipients bring the following to their vaccination: insurance card (if they have insurance) and Medicare Part B red, white and blue card (if Medicare recipient); and photo ID. COVID-19 vaccines are free and insurance is not required. No appointment necessary. Masks are required.
Individuals can receive a free COVID-19 vaccine at any of the following clinics:
