(Webster County, IA) -- A northern Iowa man's facing several charges after a public tip that he had drugs, a gun, and possible child porn on his phone. Webster County deputies arrested 35-year-old Joseph Hardy of Barnum, Iowa after search warrants turned up evidence, including illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, as well as a firearm
Hardy's been charged with Second Degree Child Sex Abuse, two counts of Child Endangerment and Marijuana Possession. He's also charged with Possession of a Firearm as a Felon. Hardy was taken to the Webster County Jail. Bond is set at $60,000.
