They say the EF-1 tornado, packing winds of between 100 and 110 miles-per-hour, touched down about 6:40 p.m. just northeast of the intersection of 195th Ave. and Highway 163.

The tornado then tracked east-southeast for about 1.5 miles, dissipating near 210th Ave.
