University of Nebraska Giving COVID Vaccine Prizes in Fall Jackpot

LINCOLN, Nebraska -- The University of Nebraska is giving away prizes to vaccinated students, faculty, and staff.

The school says people who sign up for the voluntary COVID-19 registry and can prove they have been vaccinated, can become eligible for prizes.

Winning students could receive a year of free tuition, while staff and faculty could win a year of free parking.

In a message from Chancellor Ronnie Green, he says students have through August 15th to be eligible for grand prizes.

Student Grand Prizes- 5 prizes worth one year of resident undergraduate tuition and fees ($9,872).
Faculty/Staff Grand Prize- trip for 2 to Ireland with Jane and me to watch the Huskers play football against Northwestern in Dublin in August of 2022.

Anyone who enters must complete their final dose before they can register and become eligible.

The COVID-19 Vaccine registry launches next week.
