OMAHA, Nebraska -- There's another chance of storms later tonight after late rain late Thursday night into Friday morning.

The National Weather Service says storms could be severe overnight, but a higher risk for severe weather is south of Nebraska, crossing through Kansas and Missouri.

They say some areas of Southeastern Nebraska and Southwest Iowa saw more than three inches of rain.

A flash flood watch is in effect through Saturday morning in Lincoln.

It won't likely be a great weekend for laying by the pool. At least a 30% chance of rain is possible every day through next Thursday.
