(Des Moines, Iowa) -- Des Moines Police are investigating after a body was found in the Des Moines River Saturday.
Officers received reports of the body in the river around 1:30 Saturday afternoon near the Euclid Avenue bridge. The Des Moines Fire Department Water Emergency Team later recovered the body.
Investigators have not yet identified the victim, and a further investigation is ongoing.
