(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines City Council votes today (Mon) on the final plans to build a Fareway Meat Market in Beaverdale. Councilman Bill Gray told WHO-13 he thinks Fareway would be a great staple and stability for the whole area if it comes to the Beaverdale business district. Some neighbors to the area along Beaver and Urbandale Avenue would have liked the building plans to include an additional entrance for the sake of pedestrian traffic.
