(Ankeny, IA) -- A man previously arrested for threatening to shoot up a school is running for Ankeny School Board. Twenty year old Isaac Holtz announced his candidacy for the 2023 election Sunday. Holtz was arrested last year after sending emails to staff at Waukee High School threatening to kill all the students and rape girls in the locker room.
