(Omaha, Nebraska) -- An Omaha company and its two owners are pleading guilty to multiple charges in a fatal railcar explosion in 2015.
Nebraska Railcar Cleaning Services and its owner and co-owner pleaded guilty Monday to charges including conspiracy and submitting false information to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Two employees were killed in the 2015 railcar explosion, and a third was was injured.
An OSHA investigation concluded the company ignored air quality warnings prior to the explosion and failed to provide proper safety equipment to its employees.
