(Des Moines, IA) -- Des Moines Police are investigating a vandalism case from earlier this month. Police say two individuals were seen on surveillance outside police headquarters, early Saturday, July 10th. Police say one individual was seen on video throwing rocks at the police station and squad cars, breaking windows.
