Four Arrested During Des Moines City Council Meeting

(Des Moines, IA) -- Four people are arrested less than 15 minutes after the start of Monday's Des Moines City Council meeting. Protests broke out after the city council voted not to allow public comment on items related to police training and funding. Two of the protesters are charged with interference with official acts, and two others including a juvenile are charged with criminal trespass. The city council was able to regain control and finish the meeting.
