(Des Moines, IA) -- The Polk County Sheriff's Department and other local and federal law enforcement agencies have been operating early Wednesday morning in the Des Moines area. The Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force and FBI have been working with local agencies to execute arrest and search warrants at many locations in Polk County. The sheriff's department says there is no danger to the general public at this time. The department say it will share more information as things develop.
