(Dubuque, IA) -- Highway 20 in Iowa has been officially dubbed the "The Medal of Honor Highway". Ceremonies for the honors were held by veterans on both sides of the state in Dubuque and Sergeant Bluff. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds signed a bill making it official last month. Iowa joins other states entitling the highway to honor fallen soldiers. Highway 20 stretches from Oregon to Massachusetts.
