More and more companies are starting to introduce a Coronavirus Vaccine mandate if you wish to work there.
And those employees who refuse to get it, are being told they must be tested repeatedly for the virus.
The legalities of all of this - particularly in Iowa - have yet to be tested in the courts, but I have a question which you might be facing long before it sees the inside of a courtroom.
