Iowa is 31st in the U.S. for Most Coronavirus Cases

(Undated) -- Another increase in coronavirus cases across Iowa this week, but numbers are still better than much of the U.S. According to the Iowa Department of Public Health and the New York Times COVID Tracking Project, Iowa is 31st in the U.S. for an average of 16 coronavirus cases per 100,000 people. New coronavirus cases are up over 65% in Iowa compared to this time last week. Over the last week nearly 30% of people who were tested for coronavirus in Iowa tested positive. Arkansas has the most cases placing it 1st.
