(Undated) -- A West Des Moines man's in custody after an hours-long standoff in Omaha. Police there found 31-year-old Jessie Smith yesterday (Thursday) with several guns, hiding in a clothes dryer in an Omaha home. Smith was wanted on several charges including assaulting and attempting to strangle a woman in July. Smith was also wanted for crimes in Polk County, Iowa.
