(Davenport, IA) -- People driving through downtown Davenport this weekend should be ready for detours because of an off-season St Patrick's Day parade.
City leaders say the parade is celebrating the half-way point to the holiday this year.
They say Centennial Bridge and 3rd Street from Gaines St. to Pershing Ave. downtown will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
