A high profile Omaha defense attorney, Vietnam veteran and former Secret Service agent has died.
James Martin Davis passed away Monday from a heart attack he suffered while working a case in a northeast Nebraska courthouse.
Davis was a regular on Newsradio 1110 KFAB, commenting on the law, and became well known for his columns on the uniformed military that would appear in the Omaha World Herald on Memorial Day.
James Martin Davis was 75.
