(Des Moines, IA) -- A Des Moines teenager is accused of accidentally shooting his brother. Police say 19-year-old Titan Chaney accidentally shot his 14-year-old brother in the face with a stolen gun over the weekend. The 14-year-old was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Chaney is charged with theft and child endangerment.
