(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines Social Club is selling its downtown Des Moines headquarters.
The Board of Directors says Kansas City-based developer Matt Abbott has agreed to buy the building for over three-million dollars.
The Des Moines City Council will consider the purchase Monday.
Abbott plans to spend three-and-a-half-million dollars renovating the Mulberry Street building, turning it into commercial, retail, and event space.
