(Grimes, IA) -- A new large Hy-Vee Grocery store opens in Grimes on NE Gateway Drive. Hy-Vee says the new store is the first one in the Des Moines area to have a large food court with multiple fast food options. A DSW shoe store is also in the store, along with a nail salon, a pharmacy, fitness equipment and a Starbucks. The store hired about 150 workers and will be open daily from 6:00 a.m. to midnight.
