(Davenport, IA) -- Davenport Community Schools are instituting a mask mandate, effective Monday.
The school board voted 5-to-2 in favor of reinstating the mandate.
The mandate requires all persons entering school facilities to wear a mask, including indoor sporting events.
The school board is encouraging, but is not requiring face coverings at outdoor events.
