(Undated) -- Nine people were killed in crashes on Nebraska highways last month.
The Nebraska Department of Transportation says one fatality was a pedestrian, two were motorcyclists, five were in vehicles who were not wearing seat belts.
Five of the fatalities were in rural areas.
