(Washington, D.C.) -- The Des Moines man facing charges for his role in the January 6th protests at the U.S. Capitol will be back in court next month.
Doug Jensen is facing multiple charges for his participation in the riot at the U.S. Capitol. If convicted of all charges, he could face up to 20 years in prison. Video captured Jensen inside the U.S. Capitol confronting Capitol Police officers on January 6th. He was returned to federal custody last month after being caught violating the terms of his pre-trial release by watching online conspiracy videos after having been ordered not to access the internet.
Jensen's next hearing is scheduled for November 30th.
