(Undated) -- All flags in Iowa will be at half-staff later this week to honor a fallen Iowa State Patrol trooper. Trooper Ted Benda was killed in a car crash while responding to a call in northeast Iowa earlier this month. Governor Kim Reynolds says flags will be flown at half-staff Wednesday in honor of Benda. His visitation is today in Waukon and his funeral is Wednesday.
