(Ames, IA) -- There are new details about a deadly shooting in Ames. Police say 23-year-old Stashaun D.L. Brown of Des Moines died after being shot outside the Elk's Lodge at 522 Douglas Avenue.
Brown died at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Police say gunfire broke out late Friday night at 11:57 p.m. among people at a private event at the Elk's Lodge. No arrests have been made yet.
