(Polk Co., IA) -- Polk County voters pass a $65-million bond measure for conservation efforts. The Polk County Water and Land Legacy passed Tuesday with over 80% of the vote. The county will now use millions of dollars to improve water quality and to upgrade parks, trails, and land.
