(Iowa City, IA) -- An Iowa City man turned himself into police after a man was found with a gunshot wound in a crashed vehicle last month.
69-year-old Philip Olson admitted to firing an air rifle at a squirrel from inside his home, but missed and the shot was fired south towards the highway.
The victim was taken to the hospital on October 17, and has been hospitalized since.
