(Undated) -- John Deere employees are walking the picket lines this morning at the start of week four of the strike. 10,000 United Auto Workers union members have voted to reject two new contract offers from Deere. They say they want higher pay and better benefits. This week the weather will be turning colder across the region, as the strikers continue walking picket lines at Deere plants in Iowa, Illinois, and Kansas.
