(Grimes, IA) -- Metro Waste Authority has cut the ribbon on a new recycling facility in Grimes. MWA says the facility, which began operations November 1st, is the new home for the agency's Curb It! recycling program. MWA says recyclables from more than 100,000 households will be sorted and baled at the facility for manufacturers to make into new products.
