Man Rescued From Mississippi River After Falling Off Barge Near Muscatine

(Muscatine, IA) -- A man's rescued from the Mississippi River after falling off a barge near Muscatine. The man fell into the river Sunday afternoon and was rescued by a boat and taken to shore. The Muscatine Fire Department says he was in 42 degree water for over 20 minutes. He was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
