(Grinnell, IA) -- Grinnell police are charging a 13-year-old boy with attempted murder. Police responded to a house on Melrose Lane around eight o'clock Sunday morning. That's where police say they found a 43-year-old man who'd been stabbed in the stomach. Police say he's expected to survive. The 13-year-old suspect is being held in a juvenile detention center. Investigators are still trying to determine a motive for the attack.
