(Iowa Falls, IA) -- The victim of a deadly officer-involved shooting in north-central Iowa is identified. The Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation says 35-year-old Jared Risius of Eldora was shot and killed by police in Iowa Falls Wednesday morning. Police say Risius was seen ramming a woman's car with his car. They say he was ordered out of his car but refused and pulled a shotgun, that's when he was shot and killed by officers. No one else was hurt.
