(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police have made an arrest in connection to the vandalism that shut out lights at the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge last Monday.
42-year-old David Orlawski was arrested Friday night for Felony Criminal Mischief of over 5-thousand-dollars.
Police say Orlawski has an outstanding felony warrant in Council Bluffs for a similar charge.
