(Des Moines, IA) -- Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is asking the Supreme Court to stop a federal COVID vaccine mandate on businesses with 100 or more workers. Governor Reynolds released a statement Saturday morning condemning the decision by the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel reinstating the rule Friday. A federal judge had put a pause on the mandate by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration last month. The mandate was set to start in January.
