(Des Moines, IA) -- Iowans in 30 counties are getting a letter from former Iowa governor Terry Branstad. Branstad is endorsing the carbon pipeline proposed by Summit Carbon Solutions. Branstad spoke on WHO-13 Sunday morning about attempts from environmental group the Sierra Club to turn Iowa residents against the pipeline. The Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline is one of two currently proposed carbon pipeline projects in Iowa.
