(Des Moines, IA) -- Brent Dobberke of Des Moines was arrested today following an incident last month where a 15-year-old died from a gunshot.
Police say two fifteen-year-old's attempted to rob Dobberke in November and that he fired shots at the teens during the robbery.
One of the teenagers was hit and died days after the shooting.
Police are still investigating the incident.
