(Ankeny, IA) -- A teenager is arrested in connection with a car crash that caused a fire at a house in Ankeny. Court records show 18-year-old Miguel Delos Reyes is accused of crashing into a home on Southeast Mallard Creek Drive on December 20th. That crash caused the home to catch on fire, destroying most of the property. Reyes was charged with several counts Monday including willful injury causing serious injury and leaving the scene of an injury accident. Since the crash over $6,200 has been raised for the woman who lives in the house.
