Additional Charges Brought In Urbandale Attempted Murder

(Urbandale, IA) -- An Urbandale woman is now charged with attempted murder. Tonnica Lovan was arrested Sunday after a 9-1-1 call of a stabbing and a gunshot. Police say she stabbed her boyfriend during an argument. When he called police, she fired a gunshot at him from a different room. Lovan was arrested for possessing a firearm as a felon as well as attempted murder. This week police additionally charged her victim David Passman with trafficking stolen weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia.
