(Grimes, IA) -- Charges are being brought against a driver after a deadly crash. The Polk County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that two traffic violations are being brought against Steven Roberts, of Winterset. Roberts is charged with failing to respond to a red light when his truck ran into the back of another car in Grimes in November. The driver of the car he hit, Faustino Mendez Castro of Perry, was killed in the accident.
