(Osceola, IA) -- The Osceola mayor election is finally decided. A panel met at the Clark County Courthouse where members looked at potential evidence of voter fraud Wednesday. Former Mayor Thomas Kedley claims someone who voted in last year's election used an Osceola address but doesn't actually live there. Kedley's complaint was filed too late, according to the panel. Matthew Stoll has now been sworn in as Osceola's new mayor.
