(Omaha, NE) -- An early morning apartment fire in Omaha is being called arson. The fire broke out around 7:00 a.m. at an apartment complex on Benson Gardens Boulevard, northeast of 81st and Blondo. At least two apartments were damaged and one person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say the person believed to have started the fire has been arrested. It's unclear why the fire was set.
