(Omaha, NE) -- Heavy snowfall will be possible along Nebraska’s eastern border later this week. The National Weather Service says Omaha and Council Bluffs have around a 40% chance to see at least six inches of snow throughout the day Friday. The Weather Service says it’s nearly certain Omaha will see at least two inches of snow. The storm could shift further west, which would result in even heavier snow for Omaha.
