As I type this, I'm looking out my window onto the street. Maybe there's half an inch of snow on the ground right now, but for now the forecast has not changed. Ten inches are coming over the course of the next 24 hours.
For me this is a normal day. I will make sure I have a shovel in my car and my snow brush and ice scraper.
I will remember those driving skills like the counter intuitive turning off traction control. I will remember to lift my wiper blades when I park at the studio and I will remember to take my keys up to the studio at 4pm so I can remote start my car at around 6.50pm from up there!
My wife will be home. I'm not sure yet what she will be doing, but hopefully cooking something nice and warming for when I get home!
