Omaha Police say the robbery of the "International Bakery," at 19th and Vinton Streets, was around 8:45 Sunday evening.
Employees told officers the suspects, one of whom was armed with a handgun, demanded money from the register, but became impatient and took property from three employees instead.
They left the area on foot.
