(Omaha, NE) -- Nearly two-dozen people in downtown Omaha need to find a new place to live. The city of Omaha has shut down the Flora Apartment complex on the 25-hundred block of Jones Street because it has been deemed unlivable. The Omaha World Herald reports city records and people in the area say the building has had issues for years. Exposed electrical wiring, mold, leaky pipes and a rodent infestation to name a few. The city is working with the nonprofit agency Together to find shelter for the people who where living in the apartments.
