Developers say complications with ongoing supply chain issues and other COVID-19 challenges have pushed back the completion date for the "Gene Leahy Mall at The RiverFront" by one month.
The grand re-opening of the Gene Leahy Mall is now scheduled for Friday, July 1st, 2022, followed by a weekend full of activities and programming including a number of family-friendly activities, free entertainment and live music.
The Leahy Mall has been undergoing a massive transformation as part of continued development of downtown Omaha and its riverfront.
